For all orders standard postage is $7.50
EXPRESS POST is available $12.00 Australia Wide.

Once you items have left our premises, we will not be held responsible for late, lost or damaged products.

**DUMMY CLIP Disclaimer**
Please do not leave your baby unattended when using our dummy clip.
Dummy clips are not toys and should not be used as teethers.
Do not allow baby to chew/suck on cord or clip.
Dummy Clips should be used under adult supervision.
Never leave baby unattended or sleeping when using our dummy clips.
Do not lengthen or attach to cord, ribbons, lace or loose parts of clothing.
Before each use check carefully.
Throw away at the first sign of damage.
Our clips do not exceed the recommended length of 22cm. Cord is securely
attached to the clip and is unable to be removed as required by Australian Standards.
Buyer assumes all responsibility for the use and care of this product.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days!
For change of mind purchases or incorrect sizes, an exchange ONLY will apply.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Replacement products will only be sent once the original product has been returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with tags still attached, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging, unopened where possible.
To complete your return, you may be asked to provide a proof of purchase.
Refunds
We do NOT refund for any change of mind purchases. As per consumer affairs and under the fair trade authority, we can only offer an exchange or credit.
If your item has a fault and is by no fault of your own, please email us at [email protected] to advise us and obtain our return shipping address. All of our items are inspected thoroughly prior to leaving, but if the unfortunate event occurs, we will happily exchange your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified. When approved, the credit for an exchange will be processed within 24 hours (where possible).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event of a fault, we will refund the cost of shipping to have the item returned.
Please note - In the event of change of mind the buyer will be responsible for ALL postage charges (both too and from)
If you are shipping a return item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
